Founded in 1996, RamcoGas to date has developed to one of the leading suppliers of LPG in the Ugandan market. Not only were we the first company to introduce the “door-to-door” service, but our customer service and our continuing investment and forward thinking culture allowed us to achieve outstanding results, as well as a growing range of RamcoGas products, which are guided by our commitment to customer care and the aim of providing environmentally sustainable solutions for customers of all segments of society.
At RamcoGas we further pride ourselves on our commitment to customer care, carried out by our Local Customer Operations Centre, allowing us to exceed expectations and our customers with the level of service they deserve. We recognize the critical role our staff plays in delivering outstanding service to every customer and, we realize the importance of investment in our employee’s training and development in order to achieve a standard of excellence for all our customers. RamcoGas is further aiming to achieve ISO/TS29001, which set out a number of criteria by the International Organization for Standardization, to certify quality management- to demonstrate how important service is to us as a company, and to our customers.
Lastly, with increasing globalization and fast changing developments, RamcoGas is further proud to be part of those shifting towards lower carbon sources, driven by advances in technology and growing concerns about climate change. We’re determined to play our part in this transition – helping to meet the diverse needs of Uganda for more efficient energy, while also reducing carbon emissions. RamcoGas has a proud heritage of supplying clean energy and cooking solutions to both urban and rural areas and enabling thousands of homes and businesses to utilise modern and environmentally sustainable and healthy cooking solutions.
