Returns & Refunds Policy

At RamcoGas.com, we are committed to delivering quality LPG products and accessories with excellent service. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a flexible returns policy under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for the following products:

  • Filled LPG gas cylinders (refund will only apply to the unused portion)

  • Empty gas cylinders

  • Regulators

  • Gas accessories

  • Cookers, cookware, and kitchenware (must be unused)

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item is returned within 7 calendar days of purchase.

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is presented at the time of return.

2. Refund Options

Once your return is inspected and approved, you may choose one of the following:

  • Full cash refund

  • Credit note for future purchases

  • Exchange for another item of equal value

Please note:

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds on filled gas cylinders will be prorated based on the unused gas quantity.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our team via phone, WhatsApp, or email with your order details. Once approved:

  • Customers are responsible for returning the product to our depot or designated collection point.

  • We do not offer free pick-up for returned goods.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item is found to be faulty or defective and reported within 7 days of purchase:

  • We will provide a like-for-like replacement at no additional cost.

  • No questions asked — your satisfaction is our priority.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline returns in the following scenarios:

  • Product is used or damaged after purchase

  • Product is returned after 7 days

  • No proof of purchase is provided

  • Packaging is missing or damaged
